Walking Football is a format of the game aimed at encouraging more adults over 50 to play football regularly. Whether you're completely new to game or want to play the same technical version of the game at a slower pace - then this could be the format for you!

Walking Football comprises of the same rules as standard football, except players are not permitted to run. As a result the game relies less on physical attributes such as; speed, power and stamina, and more on accurate passing, good positional play, and strong tactical knowledge as opposed to speed and power.
