Clubs with Youth Teams

 

Clubs with Adult Teams

  • A Welfare Officer (Adult teams) must have an FA approved, enhanced DBS check within the past three years.
  • A Welfare Officer (Adult teams) must have completed the Player Welfare in Open Age football course
  • Every team official (Manager, Coach, Medic, Assistant manager/coach) listed in on-field roles must have an FA approved, enhanced DBS check within the past three years.
  • Every team official (Manager, Coach, Medic, Assistant manager/coach) listed in on-field roles in a team containing 16 and/or 17 year-olds, must have completed the Player Welfare in Open Age football course 

Clubs with Disability Disability teams

It should be noted that the CWO youth teams, CWO adult teams and CWO Disability teams can be the same person if appropriate
