Postponing a fixture due to lack of players

If you cannot field a team for a County Cup fixture, you should let the opposition, referee and County FA know as soon as possible.

The matter will be referred to the Cups and competitions committee to decide upon the outcome of the game.

Postponing a fixture due to pitch conditions

If the pitch is unplayable then the home team should advise the opposition, referee and County FA as soon as possible.

All rearranged games will need to be played within 14 days of the original date.

The only people who can advise on the condition of a pitch are the landowner or a qualified referee.

Should a match be postponed twice in succession, the match will revert to the venue of the away team as per the competition rules.
